Ongoing Proof That Liberalism is a Mental Disorder
The Political Left is Comprised of Deluded, Mental Midgets
Yes, it’s true: The Political Left is Comprised of Deluded, Mental Midgets. But you knew that.
Let’s consider New York Times columnist Bret Stephens, and his latest column as referenced here, ‘Alarmingly incoherent’: NYT’s columnist cites age, ‘uneven’ cognitive state, begs Biden not to run in ’24 (Dec. 15, 2021).
Note the disconnects in this column - the broken thinking - or the simple obfuscation of truth. He notes:
“Is it a good idea for Joe Biden to run for reelection in 2024? And, if he runs again and wins, would it be good for the United States to have a president who is 86 — the age Biden would be at the end of a second term?” I put these questions bluntly because they need to be discussed candidly, not just whispered constantly.”
Who whispers? I and my associates don’t. Then he offers:
“It won’t do. From some of his public appearances, Biden seems … uneven. Often cogent, but sometimes alarmingly incoherent. What’s the reason? I have no idea. [emphasis added]. Do his appearances (including the good ones) inspire strong confidence that the president can go the distance in his current term, to say nothing of the next? No.”
Take stock of this: The thrust of his column is Biden’s age, “uneven” performances, and alarming incoherence - again with the emphasis of age (with a safe assumption that he’s referring to age-related cognitive decline - what else could it be?) Then he says, bizarrely, “What’s the reason?” - for this alarming incoherence? Quote: “I have no idea.” Duh.
Further into the column he writes of the dashed hope of the Build Back Better program’s failure to “move the political needle for Biden,” and that the bill was “genuinely popular.” Huh. Not among sane people, and the proposal to create five trillion dollars out of thin air, and spend it on “social infrastructure.” Yeah, let’s inflate the Federal government some more with the expanded “infrastructure” of more social programs. Short of genuine illness, either mental or physical, if a body can’t make it in America today with all of the social promotions in schools, the elimination of D and F grades, the blizzard of trophies for everyone, the rounding down of standards and requirements in service to “equity,” and affirmative action boosts to people who can’t even pull their pants up (black, white, albino, etc.) then you’re hapless, helpless, and should be crying in a corner and leaving the rest of us alone.
He notes the B.B.B.’s liabilities, even as he just lauded it as “genuinely popular” - talk about cognitive dissonance! -
“Now B.B.B. looms as another costly progressive distraction in a time of surging prices, spiking homicides, resurgent disease, urban decay, a border crisis, a supply-chain crisis and the threat of Iran crossing the nuclear threshold and of Russia crossing the Ukrainian border.”
Wow. That’s a nice recitation of America as a failing state. Scary, in fact - and something of which most, if not all, readers here are well aware. However, notice anything missing from his paragraph directly above? Um… here’s a hint (but you probably already have it in mind): CHINA. CHINA. CHINA.
China is threatening Taiwan’s security (and on a par with his mentioning of Russia/Ukraine). China’s overt goal is to dominate worldwide in the realms of technology and information. China is out to create a global super-state that mirrors China’s own control internally.
Why does Bret Stephens omit China? An oversight? Perhaps - which indicates that he’s not very bright. But it is likely deliberate. (And he’s still not very bright. We knew that because he writes for the NYT). He omits it because Biden is in China’s pocket - and so is his son, Hunter. (The guy who washed out of the Navy, was a drug addict, and who now produces “art” as a money laundering scheme to set up access to Dementia Joe). Likely the entire Dem party is, at minimum, influenced by China and, at worst, owned by China - after all, they’re Totalitarians, with certain rare exceptions (Manchin comes to mind - he should transition to Independent).
Maybe Bret Stephens can get a handle on the real world: After all, he seems about half-way there. Of course, to write anything real he’d have to leave the NYT. The NYT is a biased rag. I shouldn’t be totally negative: It’s good for some things. You can wrap fish in it. It’s packaging material for sending boxes of breakables via FedEx, UPS, U.S. mail. You can wad it up and use it as a fire starter when you return to your campsite from a day at the range.
Call me crazy, but I kinda thought that Biden’s dementia symptoms and his being “alarmingly incoherent” predicated a necessary retirement or removal from office NOW.
2024?? Everyone knows there is no way in hell this guy can run - forget about talk of “winning” - again. No one could even mount a(nother) cheat large enough to return this brain-and-ass farting boob to the Oval Office.

Dave he was the only one who had a chance in hell of beating Trump. Thats why all the other candidates backed out to allow him to pass Bernie. Liberals knew of his mental decline but figured they could run it from behind the scenes and everything would be fine. They never dreamed their policies would be a failure. Now that they are failing they are more than willing to throw Grandpa under the bus. Only problem is their backup Kamala is even worse. They won't touch China because that is their dream for this country. A one party socialist totalitarian state. Keep up the great work.
